It doesn’t seem that long since in 2018 TD SYNNEX invested in ATTCo Global Services and EKM Global to accelerate the continued success of the core SaaS license business, Tech-as-a-Service (TaaS), and highly automated Managed Print Service fulfilment. EKM’s technologies, skills, and experience built over more than 20 years have successfully become an integral part of the TD SYNNEX services portfolio, which is a testament to the strength, vision and expertise of the team led by EKM founder Colin Bosher, who has continued to establish impressive levels of EKM platform subscription license income to enable consistent CAGR since 2018. The goal was to enable very broad reseller channel with the vast potential of EKM technologies by being part of TD SYNNEX. Colin has overseen the successful integration of the technology platforms and the EKM business into TD SYNNEX, giving us a world class proposition on which to provide highly efficient and effective managed service solutions to our customers. Having reached this stage, Colin has recently decided to continue to follow his passion for next generation technologies by handing over the ongoing management of the EKM business to the exceptional team that he has worked incredibly hard to establish. 9moThank you for your kind words and generous support since the beginning of 2022 after having sold both companies to such an ‘amazing’ global Fortune 100 technology leader. I founded EKM over 20 years ago ahead of incorporating ATTCo in 2016, and so immensely proud of the extraordinary change that I have had the privilege to lead, especially since 2018. Our industrialisation of the business has optimised both RMM and Subscription platforms, which has since enabled us to realise double digit YOY annualised recurring revenue (ARR) growth after having reacquired EKM 5 years ago. I am proud of my role in positioning both EKM and ATTCo as industry pioneers with a passion for customer support underpinned by relentless innovation. It has been an honour and a privilege to build a world-class management team, to serve my colleagues, and to inspire in them my overriding passion for ongoing market research, whilst remaining customer centric. The friends and colleagues I leave behind are exceptional and amongst the best that the industry has to offer.
